Collaborative Sorting

Parts moving on a conveyor belt are sorted dynamically. This module is capable of identifying over 10,000 different workpieces, tracking their realtime position, in order to provide coordinative guidance for the robots.

  • Capable of identifying one part from any number of different parts in a visual range with 99.9% accuracy in under 2s whether the robot is fixed in place or the cameras are installed on a working robot.
  • Reinforcement learning is used to make efficient use of the bin where parts are packed. Parts can be sorted by tray availability, type of part or number of parts
  • Proprietary AI technology allows precise part identification even in poor or complex lighting environments and dirty/ dusty environments.

Collaborative Picking

Two collaborative truss robots can work together to pick up awkward or heavy parts and also independently based on the size of part. Proprietary collision avoidance software keeps robots and parts from bumping each other or any nearby pillars.
