High-precision vehicle body gap & flush measurement and defect detection using 3D vision, flexible control robotic arms, and proprietary, industry-leading deep learning edge extraction and contour extraction algorithms based on local adaptive density calculations.
- Completes all key measurements of a compact SUV in 45 seconds with an accuracy of <0.3mm and is able to connect directly to the enterprise MES system to provide real-time production metrics.
